2009 Findlay Antique Bottle Club Findlay BottleShow Well Promoted

Hey, have you read this week's edition of the Antique Week tradepaper yet? They were nice enought to run an article about the club, and our upcoming show.

It's on page 2, with a nice full color pic, too. The pic really Pops! It stands out nicely on the page (see photo below), and I am sure caught the eyes of many readers.

Our thanks to Antique Week for generously promoting our show, and all the other clubs and shows they write about each week. Their support of the clubs and hobby part of antiquing helps all of us collectors. Bravo!

Just one more week until SHOWTIME!

That's right - just one more week until you get your chance to see and buy some beautiful rare antique bottles.

And what's even better, it's your chance to be with a huge group of people -- dealers, collectors and friends -- who speak the same crazy language, "Collect-ese", and understand your "Collect-o-mania affliction" - and your non-desire to be cured!

It'll be like a big family reunion / collector club meeting that goes on for two days (Saturday for dealers only, Sunday for the general public).

We have been SOLD OUT of dealer tables for a couple of weeks now. Hope you got your contracts in. Otherwise, keep your fingers crossed for nice weather, so we can have some dealers set up outside. Last year we had several out there, and sales were brisk, especially before we opened, as everyone waiting in line to get in couldn't resist doing some "early-bird" shopping.

We expect to have a great crowd again this year. The club sent out tons of press releases, and placed lots of online ads, too.

Some of the website listings are:

If you're reading this, please be sure to tell your friends and anyone else to come to the greatest little bottle show in the midwest!

Hope to see you all there on SUNDAY OCT. 18th!
