Famous Cowboy actor William Boyd, better known as Hopalong Cassidy, was born in Ohio. He licensed his character name to many products, including the dairy industry. Ohio dairies historian Joe Clevenger has shared his article about the HOPPY Dairy program, and listed the Ohio dairies that participated in this marketing scheme. There are lots of Hoppy milk bottles pictured.
